Our
store is nestled in a 1904 bank building that
hadn’t been rented in over 17 years. When
we asked to rent this building, our landlord
said he had turned down many offers over the
years but had a feeling about us and knew we
could make a go of it. We are sisters that had
worked together for 15 years and grew up in this
historical town.
Our
downtown is made of quartzite that was mined
from the quarry that is still in operation today.
We wanted our store to have that warm fuzzy feeling
when you walk in that would make you want to
stay for hours. |
